General Enquiries and/or Support Requests

Since we receive hundreds of e-mail messages every day, we cannot respond to individual questions via e-mail. Instead, we suggest you find the answer to your question(s) via one of the following methods:

  • Our FAQ database contains answers to many frequently asked questions on a wide range of Oasiz related topics. Click the following link to browse our Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Join our technical support chat room for live support for Oasiz issues and general queries.
  • Post questions on our Technical Chat & Support discussion forums and we will respond to your questions there. This method allows many people, with similar questions, to benefit from the ideas/answers.

Complaints

If you wish to complain about any of our services, please first speak to a member of staff who will try to sort things out for you directly, or will put you in touch with someone who can help.

We try to put things right the first time, but if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled and wish to take the matter further you can send an e-mail to complaints@oasiz.net.

We respond to all complaints. We aim to send an initial acknowledgement of receipt of a complaint within 3 working days and a full response to complaints within 10 working days of receipt. If we cannot respond fully within 10 working days, we will keep you informed on the progress of our investigation.
